Application and Forms for Employment with WDOC

To start the recruitment process to become a Correctional Officer, WDOC requires an Official State of Wyoming Application (Completed On-Line Only/Link Below), Background Questionnaire, and additional documents to complete the background investigation. As you are preparing to send in your forms and required documents, please use the checklist below to ensure that you have included all necessary paperwork. Sending in your forms and documents in a timely manner greatly speeds the recruitment process. Please call if you have any questions or concerns.

• Copy of High School Diploma/GED and Official College Transcripts

  • Copy of Corrections Training Records (if applicable)
