WDOC P&P 1.013: Incident Reporting *This P&P is not approved for public release for safety and security reasons. In general, the policy outlines requirements and criteria for what incidents are significant and serious and the reporting requirements of those incidents. Concerning contract staff, the expectation is that these persons will follow the reporting processes when incidents occur. WDOC will ensure contract staff receive training regarding this policy and procedure. This policy does not have separate or specific requirements for contracted personnel.
